1. General Terms
Welcome to Blueside Punta Cana. By accessing and using our website and by booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

- “Booking”: A confirmed reservation for a specific service on a specific date.
2. Bookings & Payments
Booking process
Bookings can be made through our official website, by phone or via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after full payment or a confirmed deposit (when applicable).
Payment requirements
- A deposit may be required to confirm a booking.
- Any remaining balance is typically due before the service date/time.
- We may accept cash (USD/EUR/DOP), cards and/or bank transfers depending on the service.
- Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
Important
Unpaid and unconfirmed bookings may be cancelled automatically. We recommend paying as soon as possible to secure availability.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policy
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy aims to be fair to both customers and our operational commitments.
Cancellation windows
- More than 48 hours before: Deposit refund (where applicable).
- 24–48 hours before: Partial deposit refund (where applicable).
- Less than 24 hours: No refund.
- No-show: No refund.
Refund processing
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will be issued via the original payment method when possible.
Important note
If Blueside Punta Cana cancels a service due to severe weather or force majeure, we will offer a reschedule or a refund as appropriate.

- Tips for guides and drivers
- Alcoholic beverages (unless specifically included)
- Optional add-ons not included in the itinerary
- Personal expenses and souvenirs
- Additional travel insurance
Tip
We recommend carrying cash for gratuities and personal expenses. Typical tips vary by service and group size.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Requirements
- Arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Carry valid identification when required.
- Inform us of any medical condition or dietary restriction relevant to the service.
- Follow the rules and regulations of each attraction/operator.
- Maintain respectful behavior toward other customers and staff.
Restrictions
- Minors must be supervised by an adult.
- Some activities may have age/weight restrictions.
- Excessive alcohol consumption is not allowed.
- Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited.
Warning
Failure to comply may result in removal from the service without refund. Blueside Punta Cana reserves the right to refuse service when safety or compliance is at risk.

Blueside Punta Cana is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by weather or traffic.
- Loss or damage of personal property.
- Injuries caused by customer negligence or failure to follow instructions.
- Itinerary changes due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Safety & Health
Safety measures
- Vehicles and partners follow local safety regulations.
- Guides/operators may be trained in first aid depending on the activity.
- We implement cleaning and safety protocols when required.
- We monitor weather conditions for safety.
Health
- Regular cleaning of vehicles/equipment (as applicable).
- Sanitizer may be available.
- Capacity limits may apply in certain situations.
- Staff follows applicable health guidance.

If you feel unwell before the service, please contact us to discuss rescheduling options.
8. Insurance
Basic coverage

Recommended additional insurance

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of La Altagracia province.
